Membership at The House is straightforward: pick the tier that matches how often you train, sign up online or at the front desk, and you're in. There are no joining fees, no annual contracts on month-to-month plans, and no upsell every time you walk in. Our coaching staff is included in group class memberships — you don't pay extra to be coached during a class. Personal training is a separate, bookable add-on for members who want one-on-one programming time. If your schedule changes, you can pause, downgrade, or upgrade between tiers with 30 days' notice. We run a tight operation because we want members who choose to be here, not members who forgot to cancel.

Membership questions answered

Is there a long-term contract?

All month-to-month plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel — that's it. No 12-month lock-ins unless you choose an annual prepay for the 15% discount. You can pause your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year for travel, injury, or life changes.

Can I try before I commit?

Yes. Day passes are $25 and include one group class or open floor access during that session. If you sign up for a membership within 7 days of your first drop-in, the day-pass fee is credited toward your first month.

What's included in the All-In coach check-in?

Each month you get a 30-minute one-on-one session with one of our head coaches to review your benchmark logs, discuss goals, and adjust training focus. It's structured around your data — not a generic conversation. Additional PT sessions can be booked at $75 each.

Are there family or corporate rates?

Yes. Households with two or more members on the same plan receive a 10% discount per additional member. Corporate accounts (3+ employees) are negotiated directly — reach out via the contact page for a rate sheet.
