This gym runs on community
In San Antonio, serious athletes and first-timers share the same floor at The House — because the work is better when you do it around people who mean it.

What makes The House different
Three pillars that shape every session, every week, every season.
A real community
The House isn't a transactional gym. Members know each other's names, coaches know your PRs, and Saturday sessions regularly stretch past the clock because nobody wants to leave. The culture here is built intentionally — and it shows up in retention numbers and 5am attendance alike.
Programming that progresses
Every class follows a structured 12-week mesocycle developed by our head coaches. There's a reason we introduce movements, build volume, and peak — so your body adapts rather than just getting tired. You'll know what week you're in, why it matters, and what comes next.
Equipment worth using
Rogue racks, Eleiko barbells, Assault bikes, SkiErgs, and a turf lane that runs the full length of the floor. The House is equipped for strength, conditioning, and everything in between — no improvising around broken machines or missing collars.
I've trained at four gyms in San Antonio over the past decade. The House is the first one where I genuinely didn't want to move away when my lease ended. The morning crew alone was worth re-signing my membership. The programming is serious, the coaches are available, and the floor doesn't feel crowded even at 6am.

San Antonio's gym built for the long haul
The House opened in 2019 with one goal: give San Antonio a fitness space built around what actually keeps people showing up — community, structured coaching, and a floor that respects your time. Most gyms count on members forgetting to cancel. We count on members not wanting to. Our retention is high because the environment earns it: coaches who coach rather than just observe, programming that runs on a logical cycle, and a member base that doesn't treat the gym like a solo performance. We're located on Fredericksburg Road, open early, and built for people who are serious about training — even when serious looks different from week to week.
